Alex just informed me that King Charles released an EP on the US iTunes store and that he already bought it for me.  If that isn't love I don't know what is.

I'm dying to listen to it tonight.  Y'all should all download it and take a listen tonight as well.

Its been almost a year since that faitful night I was exposed to King Charles for the first time so I figured I should share his new video with you all.

Cadillac Sky: On Tour with Mumford And Sons

I really was going to try to ration all these out...but these are just too good to hold on to.  These are videos Cadillac Sky posted to their YouTube channel.

I'm 99% sure the person filming this is Ben Lovett, the keyboard player...I think the other guys is their tour manager...I have no idea what his name is.

...what would you give to have been a fly on the wall in that alley way?  I would not be against selling my body to make it happen, I'm just saying, pretty sure it would totally be worth it.

My usual morning routine of checking blogs and looking for updates for my own blog has been altered significantly in the last 48 hours.


Yesterday Katrina said it was like waking up the day after Christmas, all the excitement was over and done with and there was a void in all our lives. I pointed out that it was actually much worse than the day after Christmas. At least then you know that you'll have something to celebrate again in exactly 364 days.

I have no idea when I'll get to see Mumford and Sons again. To ease my sorrows I've started reliving my favorite parts of the concert each morning...the only thing I can do to will my self to go on with my Mumfordless life one day at a time.

I figure some of you might be feeling the same way right now...here's my new routine just in case you are in need of it too:

1. Relive the last 3 songs of the concert.

2. Then look at these pictures.

3. Put my "Epic." iTunes playlist (which includes every Mumford song I own including Lover of the Light, Nothing is Written, Untitled and several other sons that have yet to be recorded, all of Cadillac Sky's good stuff, the only two songs King Charles has on the US version of iTunes and Avett Brothers' "Go To Sleep.") on repeat and listen to it the rest of the day.

There are so many things I love about this picture...

1. Russell Brand's expression...I'm pretty sure that's the same expression King Charles made last night when all the ladies lined up to take pictures with him.

2. Can you believe who he's with?  Prince Charles...aka the future King Charles!!!
