Things of Importance in this Picture...

1. William obvi got Kate a puppy for her 30th birthday.  Lucky.

2. I recently told Alex he was not allowed to buy a similar hat because I didn't think anyone could successfully pull off that style.  I was wrong William can, but I still think that muggles CAN NOT.

3. Nina has the same boots as Kate...I may start calling her Princess or Duchess Nina.

Relax, I'm not getting one (yet) just wanted to show you some of the cute pups they have at the Oxford Humane Society right now...they really do get the cutest puppies!

Alex jokingly teased me about stopping by the Humane Society in Oxford when we were there last weekend. I don't know what it is, but they seriously have the cutest puppies all the time. Its a good think I said no, because I don't think I would have been able to leave without this little girl.


I know y'all have told me NO repeatedly about the whole puppy idea, but if she is still there when we go for Labor Day I'm probably not going to be able to resist at least meeting her!

Blame It On Alex...

Alex send me the link for the Oxford Humane Society because we're going there next week and he has a friend that works there...I may or may not have filled out an application just in case.

Before you get too worried you should know that Alex will be going as my chaperone and won't let me get a dog just because she's cute...

I picked out this collar for my hypothetical dog because it supports Team in Training...

Of course I'll need the matching leash too.

I also think this set will look pretty good with this amazing handmade quilt I got for my birthday...more on that to come.

My New Bundle of Joy?

I've had an itch to get a puppy for quite some time now, but this weekend for some reason it hit an all time high.  I did a little research and came across these puppies born in Hart County Georgia on February 13th.

One of them might be mine on March 26th.  What do you think?  Bad idea?  Name suggestions?
