Steve Carell Says "It's time to leave The Office"...WHAT?!
It looks like Dunder Mifflin may soon have to hire a new boss for its Scranton branch.
After more than half a dozen seasons on The Office, Steve Carell hints to E! News that he may not be returning to the hit NBC comedy after its seventh season wraps next year.
“I just think it’s time,” he said at the premiere of his new movie, Despicable Me, Sunday in L.A. “When I first signed on I had a contract for seven seasons, and this coming year is my seventh. I just thought it was time for my character to go.”
But Carell, 47, who plays regional manager Michael Scott on the show, says fans shouldn’t get too worried -– the show will do just fine, maybe even better than before.
“[This might] add some new life and some new energy to the show,” he says about leaving a role that earned him multiple Emmy nominations. “I certainly didn’t anticipate any hubbub over it. I didn’t see it as a huge deal.”
“[The writers],” he adds, “have incorporated so many new characters and so many new, great storylines that I have no doubt it’ll continue as strong if not stronger than ever.”
Mumford & Sons New Tour Dates and a New EP!
Mumford and Sons used this video to announce new tour dates and guess what...not a single one is in the U.S. Boo.
The also announced that they were releasing a new 4 song EP under the name of "The Wedding Band" which would be called "Vol.1"...HOWEVER right now they are saying it is only available to those who purchase tickets to their new tour.
I'll let you know right away if any of this changes in our favor.
My Anthro Wishlist
I used to send an Anthropologie Item of the Week and I haven't yet on That's What Kenworthy Said so here you go...
I've been really into henleys recently even though its 100 degrees outside. These two have unique spins on the traditional henley design.
I love a dress...
This one has a zipper on the front...just in case I need to unzip a little to lure the boys if my good looks and charm aren't doing the job on their own.
A jersey dress that could be dressed up or down with some unique detailing. LOVE.
I like this one because it has all the comfort of a maxi but since it is fitted through the natural waist it isn't as flowy and unflattering as most maxi dresses.

Emma Watson's New Boyfriend
Goodbye, Harry Potter. Hello, George Craig!
After throwing a farewell dinner for her costars, Emma Watson and her new musician beau headed to the annual Glastonbury Music Festival in Somerset, England, where the two caused a paparazzi frenzy while watching the concert.
The Harry Potter star, 20, who previously dated financier Jay Barrymore, stepped out over the weekend with Craig, 19, the frontman for British indie rock band One Night Only, whom she met while shooting the Burberry Spring/Summer 2010 ads.
Here is his band's new video starring you guessed it...Emma Watson.

Landon Donovan to Become a Baby Daddy?
His team crashed out of the World Cup this weekend, and now Landon Donovan faces a personal crisis: a forthcoming report from a U.K. newspaper in which a British woman claims she is pregnant with Donovan's child.
Donovan, 28, is separated from his wife, actress Bianca Kajlich, but they are not divorced – a fact the U.S. soccer star emphasized last week, after he and Kajlich shared an emotional phone call following his winning goal against Algeria.
Regarding the pregnancy report, Donovan did not deny it might be true, telling Sports Illustrated's Web site: "I was informed of the possibility during the World Cup, and if I need to take responsibility, then I will provide the appropriate support. This is a private matter, and I will refrain from further comment at this time."
Donovan has spent most of his pro career in the U.S., but played on loan for Liverpool club Everton for several months this past winter. He quickly became a fan favorite, and chants of "USA! USA!" were often heard in the stands.
Donovan's contact with Kajlich, 33, during the World Cup – he also blew her a kiss during a post-game interview – fueled speculation that they might reconcile. "It would surprise no one if Landon and Bianca were back together very soon," said one of Kajlich's friends. "They have remained in contact and are very close to one another."

The Jersey Shore Saga: Friggin' Twilight
This was from Jimmy Kimmel the other night...if you missed it find the YouTube videos...it was SO funny!
Robert Pattinson is Related to Dracula?
Bahaha...this came from Perz Hilton...make sure to read to the last part about KStew.
Genealogists, who apparently have nothing better to do than research the lineage of a vampire movie star, have discovered that Twilight hunk Robert Pattinson is related to Vlad the Impaler, the person widely considered the inspiration for in Bram Stoker's Dracula.
That's right! He's related to freakin' Dracula! Let's break it down, courtesy of the Twi-Hards "researchers" at Ancestry.com:
So, R-Patz and Vlad III Dracula are connected through their relationship to the British royal family. In a minuscule way, R-Patz is a distant cousin to both Prince William and Prince Harry; Dracula was their distant uncle.
And there you go! And guess what, Twi-Hards? Not only is R-Patz related to a vampire, but so is the Twilight creator, Stephenie Meyer.
Wonder if these researchers could find a way to trace Kristen Stewart's lineage to the disgruntled sloth? That would explain a lot.

More Funny Comments From the Twilight Trinity
Here is a funny bit from Entertainment Weekly's interview:
Taylor, you and Rob have some pretty serious confrontations in this movie.
LAUTNER: Some of those scenes were pretty hard for me. I think we ruined a couple of takes in front of the house and in the tent. It’s just, I don’t know, I have a hard time looking at him…
STEWART: Ha! “I have such a hard time looking at him”!
LAUTNER: [Laughs] I wasn’t finished. He and I were this close to each other — we are literally, like, an inch away — and we’re screaming at each other.
STEWART: And about to kiss…
LAUTNER: A couple of moments it felt like that.
PATTINSON: Every single time we had to do a threatening thing to each other — for one thing, you always have your shirt off, and so in the tent scene I literally grabbed your breast. And it’s very difficult to remain in the moment. Also, in that tent scene, I can’t really get over the fact that the word thought sounds like fart.
STEWART: The word thought does not sound like fart.
PATTINSON: It does.
STEWART: Maybe because you are an English person.
PATTINSON: The opening line of that scene is “Can you at least keep your farts to yourself?” I couldn’t quite get over that.

Shoes for the new job...
Chaco flip flops and plain black pumps just aren't going to cut it while I'm out on tour. Here's some shoes I think I might need to get for the new gig. They are all Steve Madden and all less than $100.
The closest I could find to Dakota's shoes.
I thought these were cool and then I noticed the zipper on the back...it was kind of like the moment when you realize a dress has pockets. As Rachel Zoe would say, "They're BANANAs."
Because I'll need something tribal chic, obvi.
These will be my rainbow replacements I'll wear to fetch coffee and pick up dry cleaning.

Mumford and Sons Interview Outfit - Rock Star Chic
I'm thinking of wearing something similar to this for my interview to be Mumford and Son's personal assistant...I don't actually have an interview yet, nor do I even know if the position exists, but I do have a very active imagination.
The t-shirt is a little edgier than what I would normally wear, but I've got to show I can fit right in with rock stars...plus I think the blazer would put me right back in my comfort zone. I love the shoes...I know its hard to tell from this tiny picture, but they are way cool!
This look would require me to master liquid eye liner which, could be a challenge seeing as I just learned how to use a curling iron last year.
Closing the gap on a 2-0 deficit last week was one thing. But scoring a crucial last-minute goal in Wednesday's World Cup match against Algeria was even sweeter for Landon Donovan, who wiped away tears after helping Team USA advance to the next stage.
"This is unbelievable. We're not done yet," he said after the match. "We're alive, baby!"
Who's the guy being hailed as the American hero? Here are five things to know about the 28-year-old (often shirtless!) Ontario, Calif., native.
1. He used to bend it with Beckham - When the English superstar signed a deal with the Los Angeles Galaxy in 2007, Donovan, then captain of the team, relinquished the title to David Beckham and formed a strong partnership with him. But a few months after Donovan gained the club captaincy back – when Becks was on loan to AC Milan in early 2009 – he called Beckham a bad captain and teammate in the book The Beckham Experiment. Though he didn't apologize for his comments, he said he would sit down and "talk it through" with the Brit.
2. He's so Hollywood - The 5'8" midfielder married actress Bianca Kajlich on New Year's Eve 2006 in a Santa Barbara wedding that featured In-N-Out burgers and a karaoke machine at the afterparty. Two years later, Donovan and the Rules of Engagement star quietly split. But during a post-win interview Wednesday, he gave her a shout-out – "Hi Bianca" – before signing off from the sidelines.
3. He's not afraid to show skin - Often known to take off his shirt on the field immediately after a match has been completed, Donovan even had some fans at the World Cup hold signs asking him to toss his jersey in the crowd. And like fellow football stars Beckham and Cristiano Ronaldo who've famously bared their ripped physiques, Donovan stripped down for a recent Vanity Fair photo shoot.
4. He has a twin sister - Starting an early soccer career – he signed with German club Bayer Leverkusen at 17 – Donovan dealt with the pressure of being called the "savior of American soccer" when he was just 19. And it didn't exactly thrill his mother, Donna Kenney-Cash. Seeing the difference between Landon and his twin sister Tristan, she told Sports Illustrated in 2001 that he was "more like a 25-or 30-year-old while Tristan acts like any other kid her age." He also has an older brother, Josh.
5. He loves being back on Team USA - After joining one of Germany's clubs in 1999, Donovan "wanted to get out of Germany so bad," he told Sports Illustrated two years after he was loaned back to the States to play for the San Jose Earthquakes. And Donovan seems to be happy exactly where he is now. "Everywhere I go, someone might notice me and say something but it is not like my daily life is crazy," he says. "I kind of get all the benefits of being a celebrity or being famous, but none of the downside, like there might be in England."

That's what RPatz Said
Caption: I said what?
Rob has been doing a lot of interviews recently for Exlipse...here are some of the better things he said recently:
This is from an interview talking about when KStew said that being hounded by the paparizzi was like being raped...
PATTINSON: None of those associations came out and gave a statement [criticizing Kristen] without being called upon by the media first — who were doing it specifically to get hits on their websites. That whole system of Internet journalists, where no one is called to account, is almost entirely about hate. All these people get away with doing it because they have no responsibility to anyone. All they need is to get a salacious headline and people click on it, because it’s easy. And it’s quite good being part of these Twilight films because you have to give so many interviews all the time, you can defend yourself. That’s the only way. All of us stick together, as well. There are so many little nerds behind their computers, on their little blogs.
STEWART: See, if I said that? Crucifixion. You can say so much more than me. It’s insane.
PATTINSON: That’s not true at all. When did I say anything [controversial]?
STEWART: You’re really good, but you could say, “I just took a s***on the Queen’s face,” and people would be like, “Oh, I love him! I love him!”
How did you prepare for the fight scene in Eclipse?
Kristen: I gotta feeling, by The Black Eyed Peas (laughs).
Rob: Somebody to love by Queen (I totally thinki it was the Glee version).
Thanks to Twilight you’ve been able to travel all around the world. Which were your favorite places?
Taylor: Australia. We just went there and it was amazing. There’s so much to do there.
Rob: I’m less exotic. I’ll keep Chicago.
Kristen: New York is one of my favorite cities, but I really liked Mexico city. I hope I go there again sometime.
Donovan Goal Breaks Internet Records
The dramatic ending to the World Cup match between the U.S. and Algeria on Wednesday could set a new record for internet traffic.
We've been watching Akamai's Net Usage Index, which tracks visitors per minute on the company's vast network of websites. In the minutes following Landon Donovan's game winning goal in the 91st minute of action (which sent the US to the round of 16), traffic spiked to 11.2 million visitors per minute, which move the event past the 2008 presidential election as the second highest traffic day of all-time.
Wednesday's number was also likely pushed significantly higher because England and Slovenia were also playing a suspenseful World Cup match at the same time. The plethora of World Cup breaking news briefly knocked Yahoo Sports offline and also caused issues at Twitter -- though the latter has been somewhat of a regular occurrence during the World Cup.
On a related note, tweets containing "USA" spiked to 6% of total tweet volume.
The overall traffic record was set earlier this month during the first day of World Cup action, where traffic exceeded 12 million visitors per minute. We'll wait and see what the final numbers are from Akamai, but for the moment, it looks like Donovan's goal will go down in Internet history at least as a solid No. 2.
Mumford and Sons
Mumford and Sons is quickly becoming a new favorite among my crew. As SHB said, "I'm slightly obsessed."
The other day while out for a jog (ok, it was mostly power walking since it was so freaking hot) I started thinking about how wonderful it would be to be Mumford and Sons' personal assistant.
For those of you who know me well you know this is not the first time I've dreamed of becoming a celebrity's personal assistant...obviously my first choice would be Robert Pattinson, but I'd be happy to move up the ranks working for the other Twilight stars until the chance arose. Of course I'm sure that Rob would quickly fall madly in love with me...but that is neither here nor there.
Anyways...I figured I had better do a little research on Mumford and Sons before I apply and here's what I found out:
1. As seen in the pic above, Mumford and Sons is know for their musical abilities and not their good looks...I was kind of hoping for at least one looker...Kings of Leon has several (far left and far right).
2. I went to Mumford and Sons' website where I discovered that they tour with/are BFFs with one of RPatz' friends Johnny Flynn (more to come on that in a second). I was hoping to score a sweet Mumford and Sons t-shirt seeing as most of my t-shirts are sorority t's from 2001 - 2005 and are in pretty bad shape...but their online store says coming soon. Anyways...I did find out that Mumford and Sons are hilar. Go here to see their blog:
http://www.mumfordandsons.com/blog
There are great/funny recaps of what they've been up to...plus one band member is a cook and posts recipes, one has a book club/reading list, and one is the photographer of the group and posts pictures.
3. Ok so like I said, Mumford and Sons are friends with Johnny Flynn. They are also friends with Laura Marling and she is pretty great too. They had a post on their website about Johnny Flynn's new cd and a link to it in iTunes so you could buy it...I had several songs from his first cd so I figured I'd check it out...when I got to the page it said it wasn't available on the US store but it asked if I wanted to switch to the UK version of iTunes, so I did so that I could listent to the new songs...I got really excited because I started thinking that there might be some other Mumford songs/cds that were produced by small UK labels and might not be available on the US version of iTunes...but once again that was a fail.
4. If I can't get hired as their personal assistant I would at least like to see them in concert...you can do your part to help me out by going to their website and telling them to come to Atlanta...its a win, win...I mean for me its a win, win (couldn't resist sneaking in a Glee quote).
Best. Game. EVER.
Once again I watched from my cubicle, silently and alone...longing for my friend's company, Meehan's, and a beer.
As it came down to the final minutes and we were still scoreless while, England was winning their game 1-0 over Slovenia. The announcers all started talking about how sad it was going to be that we weren't moving on saying "Sometimes the best teams don't advance." Luckily I am ever the optimist I still believed we could do it and we did!!! GO USA!!! Karma's a bitch ain't it Slovenia!
Here is what ESPN had to say:
USA have topped Group C as Landon Donovan hit a late winner against Algeria to give them a 1-0 win. Clint Dempsey's first-half goal was wrongly ruled out for offside but Donovan struck with seconds left to leapfrog England.
Man of the Match: Michael Bradley - A solid all-round performance from the coach's son. He looked inventive on the ball and provided a creative presence in midfield, though he also worked hard. He showed plenty of industry in chasing back and breaking up possession when Algeria had the ball in what was an impressive box-to-box display.
USA verdict: By far and away the better team, it seemed that USA's profligacy would cost them after both Jozy Altidore and Clint Dempsey were guilty of missing clear-cut chances. But Landon Donovan popped up late on to save their tournament and ensure Bob Bradley's side top the group.
Algeria verdict: Started brightly, with Rafik Djebbour hitting the bar in first ten minutes, but after that they were dominated by their opponents. Looked shaky at the back and were reduced to ambitious efforts from distance as they fell limply out of the tournament. Nadir Belhadj was once again one of Algeria's star performers along with Karim Ziani, but there were few positives to take out of this one for the Desert Foxes.
Could do better: Assistant referee - For the second game in a row, USA were denied a goal by a poor decision from the match official. On this occasion, the assistant referee ruled Clint Dempsey's first-half strike offside, despite the fact that replays showed Majid Bougherra to be playing him on.
Stat Attack:
This was USA's first World Cup clean sheet since their 1-0 win over England back in 1950.
The USA has not won their group since 1930.
Algeria has NEVER made it to the 2nd round of the world cup.

Summer 2010 Soundtrack
Ever since I first heard the Garden State soundtrack I've had mad appreciation for a good soundtrack. While good soundtracks from beginning to end are few and far between I can usually count on finding a new song/artist here and there on the soundtracks of new movies I like.
I've decided to put together my own soundtrack for this summer...if Zach Braff starred in a movie about my summer this year here is what would be on the soundtrack:
Al Green - Love and Happiness
Alberta Cross - Old Man Chicago
Andrew Belle featuring Katie Herzig - Static Waves
Black Gold - Shine
The Black Keys - Tighten Up
Blind Pilot - Story I Heard
Bon Iver - Blood Bank
Broken Bells - Vaporize
The Features - Lions
Fruit Bats - Primitive Man
Great Lake Swimmers - Pulling on a Line
Johnny Flynn - The Box
M. Ward - Paul's Song
The Morning Benders - Waiting for a War
Mumford and Sons - After the Storm
William Fitzsimmons - Passion Play
The XX - Heart Skipped a Beat
Let me know if there are any good songs I missed...who knows, the summer soundtrack may end up being a 2 disc CD set.
Also look for my LNDP (Late Night Dance Party) mix coming soon.

Vuvuzela - There's an app for that.
I have World Cup fever. I listened to the game this morning while working and would quickly switch back to the game on my computer the minute the announcers started screaming one of the American players names thinking they were about to score. It was hard to contain myself after watching both of the comeback goals.
My cubicle is no Meehan's, but it will have to do during the work week.
I came across the Virtual Vuvuzela app today and had to download it...and share it with you. I'm not a fan of the Vuvuzela, but its kind of a fun app to have to get into the spirit of the game!
All of you who will be watching the rest of the World Cup games with me can look forwad to hearing the Virtual Vuvuzela on my phone the whole time...I bet you can't wait for that!
