True Blood star Ryan Kwanten may be a sex symbol to fans, but his costars say there's much more to the hunky actor who plays the dim but endearing Jason Stackhouse.

"I think if Ryan could retire from acting and be a prankster, he would consider it," Jim Parrack, who plays Hoyt Fortenberry on the HBO hit, tells PEOPLE.

So what was one of Kwanten's more memorable pranks? "He took our cameraman's car and filled it with ladybugs," says Parrack. "He goes all out."

Mugging for the Camera

Paris Hilton was arrested Friday night in Las Vegas for possession of a controlled substance after cocaine was found in her purse, a police spokesman says.

Hilton, 29, was arrested shortly before midnight on Las Vegas Boulevard after police pulled over a vehicle that Hilton was in. The hotel heiress was not driving.

Public Information officer Marcus Martin said the vehicle was stopped after officers believed marijuana smoke was coming out of the car in front of the Wynn Hotel, where Hilton’s boyfriend, Cy Waits, operates a nightclub. After a search of Hilton, cocaine was found in her purse, Martin said.

Hilton was booked into the Clark County Detention Center early Saturday morning but later released. The male driver of the car was arrested on DUI drug charges.

This was the third drug-related incident involving Hilton this summer. In July, Hilton was held by police on the French island of Corsica and caught with less than a gram of marijuana in her purse but released without being charged. Earlier in July, she was questioned by South African police at the World Cup after she was allegedly caught smoking marijuana. Her rep called it a "complete misunderstanding," and Hilton wasn't charged.

For the bargain price of $115 this is for sure going on my birthday wishlist (yes I know its still August and my birthday isn't until March).

Monique Lhuillier announced she will design three new lines: ML Monique Lhuillier, a more affordably-priced ready-to-wear collection, and two bridesmaid collections, Monique Lhuillier Bridesmaids and the less expensive ML Monique Lhuillier Bridesmaids. With 14 years of design experience—mostly bridal—under her belt, Lhuillier told WWD, “After all these years of selling wedding dresses, people wanted me to do the entire wedding party.” Monique Lhuillier Bridesmaids will debut in bridal salons this January and the ML bridesmaids line will launch exclusively in Nordstrom’s and nordstrom.com next month.

Rummors have been flying that these two are dating.

The Crazy Train Makes a Stop in Costa Rica

Just when you thought it was over, Speidi returns. Although Spencer Pratt signed divorce documents in his split from Heidi Montag less than two weeks ago, the duo continue to stir up drama.

Pratt says he's shopping a sex tape of Montag with another woman and also writing a relationship tell-all. Plus, the two have been sparring on Twitter.

But Sunday, they were spotted by TMZ.com together in Costa Rica where they are still spending time. So what gives?

"I had to bring the puppies down and help them move in," Pratt tells PEOPLE. "[Heidi] thought I was going to leave, but I'm not. I didn't want to get divorced … I have nothing in Malibu, I'm homeless, I'm nothing without her."

Montag admits she agreed to have Pratt join her in Costa Rica. "Everything was calm and going smoothly with the divorce," she says. "We were really getting along and it was amazing he was being so thoughtful to help me move. Then things turned."

By things turning, Montag is referring to the supposed deal Pratt is working on with Vivid Entertainment to sell a sex tape. "There is no sex tape that exists and there never was," she says. "Spencer is trying to drum up press. This is exactly why I wanted to divorce him in the first place."

But Pratt insists such a tape does exist. "I told Heidi … if you don't want to do the new reality show with me, then I'll have to release old footage," he says. "I can get $5 million from a sex tape, but I really don't want to do that. It's not the way I want things to be. Heidi is furious with me but I need to look out for myself."

As for the future, "I'm going to leave the hotel and get a house because Spencer won’t leave me alone and won't go back to Malibu right now," Montag says. "It's just too hard. I still love him, but I can't stand what he's doing."

The Situation has no problems when it comes to the compensation.

One of the breakout stars of MTV’s smash hit Jersey Shore, Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino is busily, and effectively, turning his drama into dollar signs. Between his MTV salary, endorsement deals, his own branded products and other media opportunities, Sorrentino, 29, could earn as much as $5 million by the end of this year, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

The abs-flaunting Sorrentino is raking in close to $60,000 per episode in salary, and between $15,000 and $50,000 per event for appearances. He also has endorsement deals with Vitaminwater, Reebok and an unnamed vodka brand; will front a clothing line with Dilligaf and a line of chewable supplements with GNC; has released his own fitness video; and has partnered with Gotham Books to write his autobiography.

Oh, and he also has a “GTL” app and a rap song on iTunes, and has been in talks regarding several big-screen projects.

It’s all part of a carefully orchestrated plan. “We are really excited about all the opportunities coming Mike’s way,” says his manager, Mike Petolino of Gotham Entertainment. “He has been able to secure many endorsement deals, business opportunities and additional television offers based on the success of the show. Our goal has always been to try to build a brand if the situation presented itself.”

Robert pattinson is the Sexiest Man Alive

Robert Pattinson has topped the list of world's sexiest men by beating the likes of Brad Pitt and George Clooney. In fact, the top five in the Glamour.com poll are stars from the Twilight films and TV series The Vampire Diaries.

British actor Pattinson, 24, who plays Edward Cullen in the Twilight franchise, retains his place at the top of the list. At the second place is Pattinson's co-star Taylor Lautner, while Ian Somerhalder from The Vampire Diaries stood at the third spot. And Twilight stars Xavier Samuel and Kellan Lutz rounded up the fourth and fifth place in the list.

"Women are attracted to vampires because of the element of danger that comes with them. They are the ultimate bad boy - and women want to tame the beast within," the Telegraph quoted Charlotte Duck, Glamour.com acting editor, as saying

From True Blood to True Love

"Stephen Moyer and Anna Paquin were married on Saturday evening in Malibu surrounded by their family and friends," the couple's reps tell PEOPLE.

Paquin – wearing a white halterneck gown and Neil Lane jewelry with her hair in an updo – and Moyer, clad in a dark suit, exchanged vows at sunset under a white tent at a beachside villa.

"It was a beautiful evening to get married and the sunset was gorgeous. Anna and Stephen seemed very excited to celebrate their wedding day," a source tells PEOPLE.

Celebrity guests included True Blood creator Alan Ball, costars Ryan Kwanten, Sam Trammell, Rutina Wesley and Carrie Preston as well as actor Elijah Wood.

The good news comes after a year-long engagement for the stars of the hit HBO series. Moyer, 40, proposed with a vintage-style ring on the beach last August.

"It’s great to have the freedom to enjoy your work and not feel like you're leaving your other life behind," Paquin, 28, says of the couple's relationship. "It’s a pretty sweet setup."

I always look forward to Target's designer collaborations, and I am especially excited about the line Gaby Basora (of Tucker, a small label beloved for its blousy printed tops) has created for the retailer--especially now that a few images of the clothes have been revealed.


I already have my eye on the red floral print button-down dress which is a steal for $39.99. It's a perfect transition piece: cute now with open-toe sandals and equally adorable later with tights and booties.

For slightly more adventurous types, Basora's designed a fleece jumpsuit for $44.99, which looks super-comfortable and even has roomy pockets. All the pieces will debut in stores and online at Target.com September 12.
