I've also been on the hunt for a pair of boots to replace the $100 Steve Madden's I bout 2 years ago and have pretty much worn out. Of course I'd die for a pair of Frye's...but when I think about everything I could do with $450 besides buy boots it just doesn't seem like a good idea.
